This position is full-time shift work led by a Supervisor

Job Summary:

This position is entry-level involving manual labor in the yard, helping with job tasks as needed.

- Performs upkeep and maintenance duties such as cleaning the common areas of the office, sweeping floors, emptying trash cans, and other housekeeping tasks.

- Maintains the yard or assigned work area, including removing weeks, mowing, snow removal, and tother essential tasks to keep the yard in safe working order while following safe work practices.

- Drives Key vehicles as necessary.

- Reports on safety hazards, accidents or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Wears proper safety equipment on the job (when applicable)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Communicate effectively, verbally and/or in writing.

- Work in fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks at same time.

- Interact positively with others on the team.

- Basic problem solving and organizational skills.

- Must possess valid driver’s license and meet all qualifications defined in Motor Vehicle Policy to drive Key Energy vehicles if required.

- Desire and willingness to work and learn new skills.

- Command of English language, verbal and written, preferred.

- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions.

- Must pass drug and physical test if required by state and federal government.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED, or the equivalent is preferred.
