Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Working Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The Working Superintendent is responsible for managing construction projects and overseeing the day-to-day activities on-site. This role involves supervising and leading a small team of multi-trade construction crews, including carpentry, drywall, electrical, and plumbing. The Working Superintendent ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of professional quality.
Key responsibilities include:
•Active participation in hands-on construction tasks, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
•Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction efforts.
•Coordinating effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to maintain workflow and project schedules.
•Ensuring compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
•Installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of construction components as needed.
•Monitoring project progress, resolving issues in real-time, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled tradesperson with leadership ability, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction results on time and within budget.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
