About The Role
As the Work Process Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for solving complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze data and business processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
