Work Control Planner

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Work Control Planner position located in Carlsbad, NM. U.S. citizenship is required Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of corrective maintenance work control documents (WCDs). Candidate will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate training and qualifications (e.g., Work Planner authorization card, 40-hour MSHA miner, RadWorker-II). Duties include:* Coordinating walkdowns with a team of subject matter experts and safety professionals to define and bound activity scope, identify hazards, and select appropriate controls to incorporate into WCDs.

Minimum Requirements* Bachelor’s degree, or

Preferred Requirements* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
