Service Technician

Job Requirements:

· Install, repair, and service interior and exterior prefabricated windows and door of differing materials using hand and power tools.

· Travel to various job sites throughout Ontario in company vehicle.

· Ensure the truck is properly loaded with all required tools and accessories necessary for the task.

· Accurately read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.

· Complete daily paperwork according to the task and jobsite.

· Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.

· Valid G driver’s license. The successful applicant will be required to provide a driver’s abstract and police background check that meets the company’s approval.

Skills and Experience:

· Minimum 5 years of previous door and window installation experience.

· Working at Heights certification would be an asset.

· Experience working with and servicing all styles of interior/exterior windows and doors.

· Must be able to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

· Basic mathematical skills.

· Ability to solve problems and look for creative solutions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
