Job Description Summary

The Wind Hub Manager reports to the Service Director and is a strategic role accountable for building long term relationships with customers, driving optimized operations, fiscal management, and hub safety. Overall scope includes leading a hub team, managing daily hub operations, turbine output, as well as exemplify excellence in leadership, safety, quality control, and financial oversight. The Wind Hub Manager partners closely with the customer and ensures alignment with GE operational excellence.Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

As a Wind Hub Manager, you will be responsible for:

+ Provide leadership to support a multi-site service hub. Initiate and support staffing requirements, coaching, training, and corrective action concerning employees and contracted partners, including succession planning. + Own the safety culture within the hub, inclusive of contracted partners and customers. + Execute daily Plan of the Day calls, to include prioritizing and managing a dispatch schedule. + Customer focused approach to build long term relationships with customers to deliver business objectives and meet contractual requirements. + Escalate customer concerns with priority. + Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and HR to meet the deliverables. + Prioritize turbine performance to meet/exceed performance commitments. + Be innovative and engaged in all areas of facility operations, aligned with individual site plans, to include creative problem solving with a LEAN mindset. + Lead operations within a multi-site service hub ensuring weekly visits to each site:

- Drive a safety focus.

- Continue to grow customer relationships.

- Team engagement and talent development.
