Job Summary
•Optimize each well on pad
•Troubleshoot equipment and make normal repairs
•Accurately record readings, pressures, and production volumes for reports
•Perform job functions with concern for safety and environment
•Work professionally and respectfully
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities with following processes and equipment:
•Dry and Wet Gas Shale Wells
•Artificial Lift Applications:
•Hydraulic and pneumatic ESD Systems
•Adjusting chokes (Automated and manual)
•Flowing Wells to maximize production
•Operate artificial lift equipment
•Adjust and set pneumatic liquid dump control systems
•Purge sand separators, gas scrubbers and/or drips
•Gauging tanks and supervising fluid hauling
•Direct and indirect heaters
•Low and high pressure separators
•Sealed tanks with vapor recovery systems
•Vacuum Distillation Units
•Vapor Recovery Units (Start up and shut down)
•Flash gas compressors (Start up and shut down)
•Manually dump drips (Automatic scrubbers)
The following Expectations will be used:
•To provide initial and ongoing training in your work duties and assignments
•To provide your work progress for the next evaluation period
•To evaluate your-related conduct during the course of your employment
•Tp provide a 90 day evaluation on employees
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
•Preferred 6 months experience in production/Flowback experience on legacy well pads
•Preferred 1 Year minimum production/Flowback on new well turn ins and high pressure (+5,000 psi)
•Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
•Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
•Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
•Must possess the ability to operate manual tools related to well maintenance
•Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
•Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
•Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
•Ability to work overtime as necessary.
•Follow and promote good housekeeping practices and properly maintain equipment and vehicles
•Follow ShalePro Energy Services fatigue program
•Understand and support clients reporting procedures for abnormal operations, safety and environmental conditions.
Pay/Benefits:
