Summary:

PDS Energy is looking for a motivated candidate to fill a full-time Well Data Exchange Customer Support role. This role will liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, to ensure the timely and successful resolution of production, well data and financial inquiries via phone and email. Our ideal candidate will identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.

The position requires regularly scheduled office hours with 30% work from home opportunity. Occasional overnight and weekend on call duties for client after hours support.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following skillset is required:

· Prior oil and gas industry experience is preferred

Computer Skills:

Proficient in all Microsoft® Office applications and various oil & gas software programs
