About the Team

The Welding team is currently seeking an individual with metal and aluminum experience for our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. The Welding team works together with other departments to create, build, assemble and ship products for the commercial construction industry.

About the Role

As a Welder, you will work directly with new laser welding along with Tig & Mig, you will work under the direction of the Welding Lead and directly with the Production Team welding steel, aluminum and other materials. You will use grinders and other metal processing equipment. Welders will also be involved in processing materials for custom products from CAD drawings. You’ll be based in our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The pay range for this position is $22-28 per hour. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on tenure, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer. Work will require individual to enter plant areas where performance factors such as: heat, noise, dust, lifting of materials, and working around equipment will be encountered.
