EXPERIENCED TIG WELDER – NOW HIRING Location: Willits, CA Schedule: Full-time | 5 days/week | Approximately 50 hours/week Pay: Based on experience and demonstrated skill level

Join our team at METALfx, where precision, quality, and craftsmanship come together. We are currently seeking experienced TIG Welders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. If you take pride in your welds and have experience working with stainless steel and aluminum in a fabrication or manufacturing setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, galvanized, and mild steel components.

- Fabricate parts and assemblies using shop drawings, blueprints, or templates.

- Maintain accurate job records using shop computer terminals.

- Follow all safety policies and procedures; prioritize a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

- REQUIRED: TIG welding experience (minimum 2 years preferred).

- REQUIRED: Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel.

- REQUIRED: Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and standard weld symbols.

- Must be able to pass a TIG welding test at the time of the interview.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Environment:

- Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise levels.

- Some work areas involve high-intensity noise; hearing protection provided where necessary.
