Are you a highly organized and experienced project manager with a passion for web development? We're looking for a Website Project Manager to join our remote team and lead our web projects from concept to launch. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our website initiatives are delivered seamlessly, on time, and within budget, collaborating with internal teams and clients globally.

Responsibilities:

Lead Website Projects: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of website development, SEO, and search ad projects.

Define Project Scope: Develop detailed project scopes and objectives for website projects, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

•

Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports specifically tailored to website initiatives.

•

Project Tracking: Utilize Asana to track website project progress, manage tasks, and streamline communication among development, design, and marketing teams.

•

Performance Measurement: Measure website project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed.

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on website project goals.

Risk Management: Perform proactive risk management to minimize potential issues and ensure smooth execution of website projects.

Requirements:

Project Management Tools: Strong working knowledge of project management tools, particularly ClickUp (familiarity with Asana is also a plus).

Remote Team Coordination: Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate remote teams involved in website development.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
