GREAT OPPORTUNITY in a STABLE YEAR-ROUND INDUSTRY

Advanced Green Home Solutions, a successful energy efficiency company located in Hanover MD, is hiring full time crew workers from 7:00am to 4:00pm. $20 per hour for 40 hours, plus time and a half for any overtime. This is W2 employment and benefits.

Job includes residential insulation, air sealing in attics, basements, crawl spaces, electrical work, light construction, drywall, venting to exterior, loading/unloading truck, customer relations and other tasks. Friendly and close team.

Opportunity to be promoted within our company in the energy sector from retrofit worker to crew leader to certified energy auditors.

Must have a great attitude, pleasant and positive, be good with hands and tools.

Must have construction or home repair experience and skills.

Must be prompt to the Hanover office by 6:50-7:00 AM each day, and very reliable.

Must have capability to work in attics, crawl spaces and small areas when needed.

Must have your own car to drive to office each day, a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in USA.

Must be agile and able to carry light equipment.

Pay level based on proven skills and experience. DOT certification and OSHA certification preferred. EMAIL YOUR RESUME PLEASE.
