Summary

As a Technician’s Helper, you’ll support our lead technicians during installations, service calls, and routine maintenance. No prior experience in water treatment is required—we’ll train the right candidate. We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow into a skilled technician over time. With opportunities to develop premium skills in the industry and understand equipment repair, you will contribute to our mission of ensuring clean and safe water for the community.

Knowledge or experience in plumbing will be beneficial, but not required. Ambition and eagerness to work are qualities that will get you far in this company. Quick problem solving and free thinking are essential traits to assist with the work at hand. Valid License is Required.

Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading tools and materials

- Help with installation and maintenance of water filtration systems

- Perform basic manual labor tasks (digging, lifting, carrying, etc.)

- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision

- Maintain a clean and organized worksite

- Learn to troubleshoot and support equipment repairs

- Follow safety protocols and company procedures

- Communicate respectfully and professionally with team and customers

Qualifications

- Mechanical interest or aptitude

- Valid driver’s license (required)

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods

- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different environments

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
