•Reporting & Documentation – Certificates of Compliance, Non-Conformance Reports, and lab records.
•Communication & Teamwork – Effective coordination with QA teams and production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor and operate the wastewater treatment system on a daily basis to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
•Conduct daily chemical testing and analysis for oil, sealer, cleaner, and phosphate solutions to maintain optimal process parameters.
•Perform regular pH testing and adjustments for all chemical process tanks and water rinse systems.
•Inspect incoming materials (e.g., springs, raw materials) and conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
•Prepare and issue Certificates of Compliance for coated and heat-treated parts.
•Adjust chemical concentrations for sealer, cleaner, oil, phosphate, and wastewater treatment units as needed to maintain system integrity.
•Investigate and follow up on customer complaints related to product or process quality.
•Generate, track, and maintain records of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
•Support continuous improvement efforts in environmental and quality control processes.
•Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall plant operations
