Description

All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Warehouse Technician to join our team. The Warehouse Technician will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Director Warehousing to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operation.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

- Safely operating forklifts.

- Maintain inventory accuracy.

- Maintain facility safety and security, and fix items (as needed)

- Deliver materials to the job site (as needed).

- Safely and efficiently perform pack out completions

- Clear project and warehouse waste from the shop and exterior of the building

- Maintain lock down procedures and assist Director Warehousing with camera adjustments and other security adjustments as assigned

Skills/Qualifications

- Portrays a high level of professionalism.

- Has a positive and helpful demeanor.

- Comfortable climbing ladders.

- Perform basic computer skills.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Thrives in a team environment and is able to work collaboratively and work with teams.

- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

- Must complete and clear an MVR (motor vehicle report) background screen and be able to successfully drive a company vehicle and/or trailer for work related purposes.

- Must complete, acquire, and maintain DOT Medical certification.

- Must complete and clear PIT/Forklift Training and remain qualified to perform forklift operations (completed internally).

Physical Requirements

- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and lifting (frequent).

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer (frequent).

- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. at a time (frequent).

- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute (frequent).

- Willing to occasionally work extended hours in extreme environments/climate (cold, heat, wind, etc).

Compensation & Benefits

- This is a full-time non-exempt hourly (over time eligible) position with an expected base pay rate of $19.00-$21.00/hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

- Onsite In-Person: This position is in-office at AES HQ in St. Paul, MN

- Schedule: Flexible availability required between the hours of 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM M-F.

- Profit sharing bonus based on company performance.
