The
Warehouse Supervisoris designed to develop strong frontline leadership in warehouse and logistics operations while supporting Hartford Lubricants' overall plant performance. The Supervisor will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping activities at the Hartford T1& T2 warehouses and Offsite Warehouse including the supervision of all material handling staff. The role focuses on safety, inventory accuracy, labor coordination, and seamless logistics execution across all warehouse locations
The Warehouse Supervisor will be onsite between the Gateway Warehouse (primary) and Hartford Lubricants Plants. Responsibilities May Include
Required Qualifications- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP), and inventory control and p roven ability to lead teams, build trust, and enforce high safety and quality standards
- 2 or more years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of logistics, inventory control, and warehousing principles
- Office located within or near warehouse floor
May require occasional lifting or handling of materials (- Must wear PPE when on warehouse floor
- Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is
$88,200 – $130, 000depending on a candidate's relevant work experience and education.
