We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven

Shipping Manager

to oversee all aspects of shipping, receiving, and fulfillment at our

Miami, FL headquarters . This leader will be responsible for managing high-volume e-commerce shipments (2,000+ packages daily), ensuring accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency while maintaining compliance with carrier and safety standards.

The Shipping Manager will play a critical role in supporting Filter King’s rapid growth by optimizing processes, leading warehouse staff, and partnering with operations and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations in a high-volume environment.

- Manage relationships with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, LTL freight) to ensure competitive rates and reliable service.

- Supervise, train, and develop a team of

10–50+ warehouse associates

and shift leads.

- Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counting and reconciliation.

- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other safety and regulatory standards.

- Implement and improve warehouse processes using Lean or Six Sigma principles.

- Partner with operations and IT teams to maximize efficiency through WMS/ERP systems.

- Track and report on KPIs, including on-time shipment %, shipping error rate, and cost per package.
