The Warehouse Operator will be a key team member responsible for ensuring smooth spare parts and tooling operation in our Houston, TX warehouse facility. They will ensure the timely, safe and accurate delivery of spare parts and tools to internal and external customers of high-quality reciprocating gas engines. They will do this in compliance with our Environmental Health & Safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities

•

Loading / unloading trucks

•

Perform material receipt, put away for replenishment orders and returns from Customer sites

•

Perform pick and pack for outbound deliveries, prepare goods for shipping, including packaging items

•

Ensure that all inbound / outbound transactions are recorded in Oracle system

•

Manage tooling: ensure that tools keep on stock are ready to use, complete and in good condition

•

Ensure smooth Swap-Trailer process, maintain on site trailer’s inventory including spare parts and tools as well

•

Ensure accurate record keeping of inventory, through cycle counts, yearly wall-to-wall inventory counts and other managed inventory processes

•

Safe operation of equipment, lifting devices including but not limited to forklift, crane, etc.

•

Follow maintenance schedules and perform equipment inspections to ensure proper and safe operation.

•

Ensure that all operation in the warehouse is compliance with our Environmental Health & Safety standards and policies

Qualifications/Requirements

•

High school diploma and a combination of minimum 1-year relevant experience.

•

Forklift driving license

•

Basic technical aptitude including but not limited to computers, excel, Oracle ERP system

•

Willingness and ability to work flexible hours/shifts in different locations such as at our Repair Shop facility in Houston, TX

•

Ability to meet physical and cognitive demands assessment.

•

Ability to lift a minimum weight of 40 lbs.
