Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations across Texas. This role is responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across multiple warehouse locations.
Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities

•Collaborate with project management and supply chain teams to align warehouse activities with company objectives
Operational Responsibilities
•Manage daily operations across all warehouse locations in Texas, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
•Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts and inventory storage systems
•Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure data accuracy
•Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance in all warehouse operations
•Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse personnel; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
•Analyze operational data to identify and address inefficiencies
•Lead initiatives for warehouse process improvements and best practice adoption
•Manage departmental budgets and report on KPIs
•Manage the warehouse management system enhancements to improve operational effectiveness
Requirements
•High School Diploma or GED
•Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management
•Proven experience implementing warehouse IT systems
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
•Strong knowledge of inventory control practices
•Forklift operation experience
•Ability and willingness to travel to major locations across Texas
Preferred Qualifications
•Associate's or Technical Degree
•Familiarity with natural gas or fiber optic infrastructure
•Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
•Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, walk long distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
•Frequent stooping, crouching, pulling, pushing, grasping, and reaching
•Work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain
•Exposure to moderate to high noise levels in construction and high-traffic areas
