Position Overview:
As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is well-organized, deliveries are accurately processed, and our techs have everything they need to get the job done right.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and organize inventory, including HVAC parts, equipment, and tools
•Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
•Track and process outgoing deliveries to job sites and technicians
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
•Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
•Assist with loading/unloading trucks and distributing parts
•Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure timely deliveries
•Implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures
•Train and supervise warehouse assistants or seasonal help
Requirements:
•Previous experience in warehouse management or similar role
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift (or willingness to be certified)
•Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing
•Attention to detail and commitment to safety
•Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
