Responsibilities
•
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality materials are procured at competitive prices.
•
Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, utilizing effective inventory management techniques.
•
Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and accurate documentation.
•
Collaborate with production planning teams to align purchasing strategies with production schedules.
•
Supervise warehouse operations related to materials management, ensuring proper storage and handling of products.
•
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Skills
•
Experience in fleet management as it relates to logistics and transportation of goods.
•
Supervisory skills for managing warehouse staff and operations effectively.
•
Proven track record in process improvement initiatives that lead to significant operational enhancements.
•
Solid understanding of materials management principles within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
This role is essential for maintaining the flow of materials necessary for our operations, making it a key position within our organization’s supply chain management team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
