About This Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role combines warehouse duties with driving responsibilities, ensuring that materials are efficiently delivered to and from our jobsites and client locations, while maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills and have experience operating various types of commercial vehicles. These vehicles include a class C box truck and flatbed.

Duties

•

Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, vans, and flatbeds, to transport goods to designated locations.

•

Load and unload products from vehicles utilizing a forklift or other device, ensuring proper handling and storage.

•

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels.

•

Assist in organizing and managing warehouse inventory, ensuring all items are stored correctly.

•

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance as needed.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and efficient warehouse operations.

•

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving and working in the warehouse.

Skills

•

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.

•

Familiarity with operating various commercial vehicles, including box trucks, tankers, and flatbeds.

•

Knowledge of paratransit operations is a plus.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

•

Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

•

Ability to drive on and off road

•

CDL is a plus, and highly recommended
