Cool Air Rentals is looking for a Warehouse Associate who is equal parts organized and energetic to keep our Vancouver warehouse running like clockwork. From keeping our equipment in top shape to making sure every order is ready to roll; you’ll be at the heart of the action. What You Will Do:

- Maintaining and organizing the warehouse and outdoor compound.

- Ensuring the kit and tool bags in each truck are restocked and up to date.

- Cleaning and organizing the rental equipment and accessories.

- Assisting in the order picking, loading, unloading and distribution of equipment and supplies for smooth and efficient workflow.

- Facilitating the recycling and waste programs and ensuring bins are regularly emptied and the proper protocols are being followed.

What You Bring to the Table:

- General warehouse operations.

- Solid customer service skills.

- Fluency in English is required for both verbal and written communication.

- Mechanically inclined and experienced with hand and power tools.

- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Tenacity and adaptability are the key attributes we seek.

- Able to show initiative and work efficiently to solve problems.

- Displays energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.

- Enjoys working in a team environment.

- Forklift Certification.

- Flexibility in working overtime hours during the week as well as managing occasional on-call weekends particularly during the peak summer months.
