Are you a former roofer, home exterior remodeler, or general contractor looking to stay in the industry without being on the roof full-time? We’re a small, close-knit roofing and home exterior company based in Southern Wisconsin, seeking a Warehouse Associate who brings hands-on industry experience and thrives in a team-focused environment. This role moves at a dynamic pace—fast during peak hours and slower at others—so flexibility and adaptability are key. This role offers a schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and typically ranges between 25 to 40 hours per week, depending on workload and season.

This warehouse position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being involved in many aspects of a small business. You’ll play an essential role in our daily operations—from placing material orders and managing inventory to filing permits and supporting crews in the field.
