We're on the hunt for a highly skilled, certified Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team in Kalispell, MT. If you’re driven, safety-focused, and ready to grow with a company that values your experience, this is your moment.
The pay range is $18-$24/hr depending on experience and includes benefits, PTO and 401k.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment (preferred)
- Strong awareness of safety practices and responsible driving habits
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer operations
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Receive, organize, and store incoming products in accordance with company procedures
- Accurately prepare, verify, and stage outgoing orders for shipment
- Support inventory control efforts by maintaining accurate stock counts and records
- Handle all products with care to ensure safe and efficient movement throughout the warehouse
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines, protocols, and company policies
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team success
This is a safety-sensitive position and requires the following:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana testing.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, which includes lifting up to 75 lbs, twisting, kneeling, pulling, and squatting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years).
Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required (travel expenses covered).
Important Note: Although marijuana use may be legal in some states, federal guidelines and company policy require testing for all safety-sensitive positions per DOT standards.
