VP of Customer Partner

As our VP of Customer Partner, you will drive our customer partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and fostering long-term relationships that enhance customer satisfaction. Every day, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their advocate within the company. To thrive you must have the ability to provide client executives with pertinent updates and support internal efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores.

Mentor and lead a high-performing team dedicated to customer partnership excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role focused on customer partnerships or account management. (Director and above)

Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $224,120.51 - $280,150.64 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 30.00%
