Salary: $125,000–$150,000/year + performance-based bonus

Dean’s Pools & Landscaping, a premier outdoor living and construction company in Northwest Indiana, is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and drive operational excellence across all divisions: landscaping, pools, maintenance, and construction.

This is a high-impact leadership role suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and who brings experience in construction, landscaping, or service-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily operations across multiple divisions

- Implement scalable systems using ClickUp, LMN, QuickBooks, HubSpot

- Manage project budgets, timelines, labor efficiency, and quality control

- Develop and track KPIs with accountability from department leads

- Foster a culture of clear communication and high performance

Qualifications

- 10+ years in a senior operations or executive role

- Strong background in landscaping or construction industry

- Experience managing $10M+ annual revenue and large teams

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and job costing

- Hands-on experience with LMN, ClickUp, QuickBooks, HubSpot preferred
