Lead Fluence’s global marketing organization to deliver 10x growth through brand strength, market expansion, and demand generation excellence. The VP, Marketing will architect the end-to-end marketing engine, integrating strategy, digital, product, and field marketing, to drive revenue pipeline, elevate customer engagement, and position Fluence as the category-defining leader in energy storage and digital solutions.
- Own and optimize the global marketing funnel from awareness to qualified pipeline, in close partnership with Sales and Product.
- Build a data-driven demand generation engine that consistently delivers marketing-sourced pipeline and measurable ROI.
- Introduce full-funnel visibility and KPIs to track campaign performance, conversion, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Evolve Fluence’s brand narrative to reflect a next-generation, technology-enabled clean energy company.
- Lead global storytelling that differentiates Fluence across key markets and stakeholder audiences (customers, investors, partners).
- Oversee creative, PR, and digital communications to drive thought leadership and market visibility.
- Build deep alignment with Product and Regional leaders to develop segmented go-to-market (GTM) strategies for hardware, software, and services.
- Translate complex technology into clear customer value propositions and competitive positioning.
- Support pricing, packaging, and launch readiness for new product introductions.
- Deploy next-gen digital marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to optimize reach and personalization.
- Build a marketing operations function that uses data to drive decisions on spend, performance, and audience insights.
- Champion AI-driven content, digital ABM, and marketing performance dashboards.
- Lead a global team of marketers across brand, content, digital, and field marketing.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and experimentation.
- Partner with the CGO, Sales Transformation, and Product to ensure full commercial alignment.- 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B technology, energy, renewables, or complex industrial sectors.
- Proven record of driving pipeline growth and marketing-sourced revenue.
- Deep expertise in demand generation, brand building, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
- Track record in leading global, cross-functional teams through transformation and scale-up phases.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
