We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Valve Technician to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
•
Inspect, disassemble, clean, and reassemble a variety of valve types, including safety relief, control, gate, globe, ball, and check valves.
•
Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic testing as per industry standards and client specifications.
•
Diagnose faults and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
•
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
•
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
•
Communicate effectively with supervisors, QA personnel, and customers.Qualifications
•
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
•
Minimum 2–3 years of experience with industrial valve repair and testing.
•
Familiarity with API, ASME, and ANSI standards.
•
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and datasheets.
•
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
•
Basic computer and documentation skills.
•
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug and background screening.Preferred Skills
•
Experience with in-line field valve services.
•
Knowledge of control valve calibration and instrumentation.
•
Forklift or crane operation certification is a plus.Benefits
