We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Valve Technician to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
•Inspect, disassemble, clean, and reassemble a variety of valve types, including safety relief, control, gate, globe, ball, and check valves.
•Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic testing as per industry standards and client specifications.
•Diagnose faults and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
•Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
•Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
•Communicate effectively with supervisors, QA personnel, and customers.Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience with industrial valve repair and testing.
•Familiarity with API, ASME, and ANSI standards.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and datasheets.
•Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
•Basic computer and documentation skills.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug and background screening.Preferred Skills
•Experience with in-line field valve services.
•Knowledge of control valve calibration and instrumentation.
•Forklift or crane operation certification is a plus.Benefits
