Hours: Up to 45 hours per week

Compensation: Competitive hourly and comprehensive benefits package
Experience: Only candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in underground utility locating need apply.
License: Valid Oregon or Washington driver's license with an acceptable MVR record.
- Utilize a laptop computer to receive, document, and closeout ticket notices, even after hours.
- Interpret utility maps/prints to identify underground utility type and size.
- Effectively communicate using assigned communication equipment with excavators, utility reps, and company personnel.
- Operate electronic detection equipment to accurately locate and mark underground facilities.
- Provide precise documentation and photos for completed locates.
- Respond to excavation notices during and after normal working hours as required.
- Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a professional appearance.
- Work in various weather conditions, both during and after regular hours.
- At least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Regular use of hands and fingers to operate specialized equipment and tools.
- Ability to perform tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Excellent hearing and speaking skills for effective communication.
- Comfortable carrying 10-15 lb electronic locating equipment for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting objects up to 50 pounds or lifting more than 50 pounds with tool aids.
License: Valid Oregon or Washington DL (Required)
