Description
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented summer intern to join our team and assist with our Ask E Source offering, a question-and-answer initiative where we conduct primary research on behalf of our utility customers. This program provides a direct line to our industry researchers who perform thorough research and provide comprehensive responses, enabling clients to make better, more informed decisions. This intern may also take on market research responsibilities.
E Source provides predictive data science, research and advisory, and solution services to help utilities make decisions that benefit their customers, their bottom line, and our planet.
What You’ll Do
+ Utility business website analysis: Evaluate and analyze utility business websites to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. + Credit and collections benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare credit and collections practices across different utility companies. + Sentiment analysis: Perform sentiment analysis for market research studies to gauge public opinion and sentiment toward specific topics or brands on social media platforms. + EV/clean energy website analysis: Analyze utility websites related to EVs and clean energy to assess content, usability, and market positioning.
