Daytime and Nighttime (til 11pm) flexibility and weekends required.
Responsibilities
•Picking up and removing trash from the parking lot, garden areas, and surrounding property
•Setting up meeting rooms according to guests’ needs
•Reporting maintenance problems or completing work repair orders
•Spot cleaning walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.
•Delivering special request items to hotel guests (e.g. mail, hair dryers, etc.)
•Assisting the house person when needed
•Stocking room attendant carts with supplies
•Replenishing store room supplies
•Removing trash and dirty linens from room attendant carts
•Cleaning furniture, elevators, glass, planters, etc. in public areas and corridors
•Sweeping and vacuuming floors, hallways, and stairwells as needed
•Listening and responding to guests’ requests or complaints
•Providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities
•Providing information to guests about local attractions and services
•Has a working knowledge of and ability to perform shuttle/van driving duties as needed
