Utility Field Services Technician

FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN

Lanham, MD

We are a Field Services contractor for a local utility in search of qualified individuals to perform safe, reliable meter services work. This position is full time (Monday through Friday) and will require you to work 5 (8) hour days. This is an outdoor position that requires you to be in good physical condition to manage continuous exposure to heat, cold and other physically demanding outdoor environments. You will be required to work in a safe environment at all times, and you will have to overcome some difficult situations. Having some “hands on” experience is a plus. Must have basic data entry skills into a phone/tablet. Other requirements are as follows:

1. You are required to have a valid driver's license.

2. You must pass a background check.

3. You must be drug free.

4. You must have your high school diploma or GED.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: We offer a competitive hourly rate ($17.00) per hour plus incentive pay for safe, quality work performed.

Required Experience: Clean driving record for 3 years; Clean background for 7 years.
