Under direction, perform responsible engineering work in the operation and maintenance of a major wastewater treatment plant or pump stations.
Essential Functions :
Additional Responsibilities:* May serve as Manager in his/her absence
QUALIFICATIONS: Training and Experience:* Bachelor degree in civil, mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering
Two (2) years of engineering experience in plant and/or pump station operations
*Desirable Knowledge Skills and Abilities:* Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of engineering
Considerable skill in maintaining records and preparing reports
*Must possess valid driver's license issued by the state in which the employee resides.
Pursuant to MSD's "Substance Abuse Policy and Procedures," this position has been designated as safety sensitive and candidate must pass a Non-D.O.T. Drug Test for this position. Employees occupying this position are not subject to Federal (D.O.T.) Drug and Alcohol Testing Regulations.
