Position Overview: As a Class B Inspector Trainee, you will receive on-the-job training to gain a comprehensive understanding of fuel management for facilities with above and below-ground storage systems. This role involves learning about the equipment, documentation, and procedures necessary for conducting inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive a company service vehicle to customer locations, often on a designated route

- Perform inspections of fueling facilities, including visual observations and site surveys

- Provide on-site training to customers or company staff

- Conduct limited maintenance tasks based on site conditions

- Capture inspection results using customized data collection software on handheld devices or laptops

- Strong communicators who can interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors

- Self-starters who can work independently with minimal supervision

- Individuals with a strong work ethic and character who are committed to excellence

- Safety-minded professionals who understand the importance of strict adherence to protocols

- Candidates with a clean driving record who can kneel, bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly

- Comfortable using laptops or handheld devices for reporting

- Willing to travel within a multi-state area, with the possibility of being away from home for several nights

Compensation:

- Pay range of $19-$20 per hour

- Company vehicle and gas card provided

- Per diem for travel expenses
