Your opportunity: Underground Plumber
As An Underground Plumber At Caccia Plumbing, You Will Perform Underground Plumbing Services For Customers On-site Throughout The Bay Area Including
•Install, alter, and repair underground plumbing systems including sewer and water lines
•Operate excavators, jackhammers, and related equipment to dig trenches, break concrete, and prepare job sites
•Hand-dig in tight or complex trenchless environments
•Perform pressure testing, system assessments, and quality checks
•Adhere strictly to plumbing codes and safety regulations.
•Conduct visual inspections of job sites and equipment
•Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely material availability
•Track time, expenses, and material usage through daily logs
•Communicate with team leads and project managers on job progress
•Maintain safety standards, using PPE and trench protection systems (shoring, signage, cones, and barriers) and following OSHA protocol
Your average job length is 2-3 days. You may work alone or with a small team.
Underground Plumber â?? Your Qualifications
•Prior experience in plumbing or construction (preferred not required)
•Valid Driver's License / ability to drive a company vehicle to job sites
•Knowledge of plumbing codes (preferred not required)
•Plumbing Certification or License (preferred not required)
You will report to the office in San Mateo each morning and dispatch out from the office, returning to the office at the end of the day.

Pay $30 (entry level) up to $45-$50++ per hour DOE, plus overtime potential and additional incentive pay. Your pay level is determined based on your experience and knowledge.
