Underground Miner - Bolter

Responsibilities

Capable to make workplace safe by check scaling.

Installation of ground support and mine services as per legislation and company standards.

Identify unsafe ground condition.

Communicate pertinent information with the shift supervisor and cross shift on regular basis.

Experience, Education and Skills

Prior experience as bolter is required.

Experience operating pneumatic hand held drills, scissor lifts and scoop.

Installation of ground support and mine services.

Capable of identifying hazards and safely rectifying them.

Capable of effectively working alone or as a team.

Health and Safety

We are seeking individuals who will promote health and safety, follow company procedures, work in accordance to local legislation, ensure the proper use and condition of personnel protective equipment and maintain a safe and effective work place.
