Turbine Controls Subject Matter Expert

Overview

Our Energy Group is seeking a Turbine Controls Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience in gas and steam turbine control systems across power generation facilities. The SME will lead technical evaluations, upgrades, design, and troubleshooting of turbine controls, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction through oversight and resource management. Additionally, the SME will mentor engineers in I&C and Electrical Engineering principles to foster growth within the team. This position can be located in one of the following locations or possibly remote for the right candidate:

Responsibilities

A typical day involves providing technical direction and solving complex problems related to turbine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades, while collaborating with multi-discipline engineers on design packages and specifications. You’ll act as the internal expert for turbine controls, ensuring systems meet customer requirements, managing site support with Project Managers, and participating in project reviews to ensure successful project execution.
