As a Truck Pusher you will be responsible for keeping drivers safe and efficient in the field while they load, transport, and off-load customer’s product to various locations.
o Provide driver instructions on maps, routes, loading/offloading procedures.
o Meet with site personnel if required and ensure customer needs are met.
o Ensure drivers have all equipment necessary for their job-if changes during shift and take required equipment to drivers if needed.
o Provide onsite assistance to drivers in event of a spill, incident, or out of normal situation.
o Be prepared with any shift change issues with drivers out of hours, find a relief driver and assure they are dispatched in a timely manner.
o Lock up office when leaving for field if after hours or weekends.
o Help drive fleet efficiency by in person supervision of drivers leaving yard, making all turns as requested by customers, limiting stops during their shift.
o Incident Control, call Manager, mechanic, HSE as necessary give any details to manager to file HSE report.
o Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
1. 5 Years water hauling experience. 2. Strong leadership skills 3. Good communication and Customer service skills
