Truck Mechanic

Duties

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment.

- Assemble and weld components as needed for repairs or modifications.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed on vehicles.

- Fabricate parts when necessary to ensure proper functionality of vehicles.

- Work with electrical systems, including wiring and battery replacements.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and repair techniques.

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

- Familiarity with hydraulic systems and suspension components.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- A valid driver's license is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
