We are seeking a Regional Diagnostic Specialist to serve as both a hands-on service technician and a customer-focused sales professional. This role involves diagnosing drain issues, performing necessary cleaning or jetting services, and educating customers on the best long-term solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Diagnose blockages and drain issues using industry-leading camera inspection technology.
- Troubleshoot and determine the most effective technique to resolve customer drain problems.
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, or cable work as needed to conduct thorough inspections.
- Establish rapport with customers, educating them on their options and recommending solutions.
- Handle both residential and light commercial service calls to provide expert diagnostics.
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless job execution.
- Participate in ongoing training, trade shows, and meetings to stay ahead in the industry.
- Assist in training and developing installation crew members to ensure project success.
- Maintain and protect diagnostic, drain cleaning, and camera equipment through routine care.
- Base Salary: $45,000 per year ($3,750 per month)
- Monthly Commission: 4% on total sales paid monthly
- Annual Performance Bonus: 1% of total completed sales
- Estimated Earnings Potential: $90,000 - $158,000+ per year (base + commission + bonuses)- Company vehicle and equipment provided
