Job Summary
Works with Treasury and business units on development and execution of financing plans, impact and support on capital structure and cost of capital within regulated rate cases, management of credit ratings, and projects in support of business plans. Develops and delivers presentations for executives and employees regarding treasury and corporate finance initiatives. Demonstrates leadership and applies knowledge of financial markets and to enhance financial standing of the company.
Job DescriptionThis role is expected to report onsite 5 days a week at 1 Riverside Plaza, Columbus OH 43215.
JOB FUNCTIONS* Manage the executive of corporate financing/treasury activities for the AEP System, including the issuance of common and preferred stock, secured or unsecured bonds, project financing, leases, and other securities.Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: Six (6) plus years' experience in banking, corporate finance, treasury, or related experience; (Or) Four (4) years' experience if MBA. Licenses/Certifications:* Experience with managing transactions with external stakeholders.
