As a Concrete Saw Operator, your main duties will be to operate a rider saw to cut joints for concrete repair work throughout the Midwest. Laborers work is also involved with the position. The Saw Operator is a full-time, seasonal position, that requires travel with overtime through peak season.
- Knowledge of saws powered by gasoline and diesel, with experience of operating and general maintenance on walk-behind and rider saws.
- Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to be away from home for extended periods of time
- Must be 21 years or older (DOT Regulation on driving vehicles interstate)
- Ability to work extended hours in adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more. Standing, crouching, and walking on pavement for extensive periods of time.
- Willingness to follow directions, be productive without constant supervision all while remaining safety conscious.
- Prevailing Wage pay ranging from $29 to $40/ hr.
