We are seeking an experienced Travel Utility Line Technician to join our team. This role requires extensive travel (approximately 80% annually) and expertise in locating all types of utilities. Working independently with a company-provided vehicle, you will utilize advanced ticket and claims management systems to ensure accurate, safe, and timely locates.

- Travel to project locations nationwide (vehicle, gas card, hotel, and daily per diem provided).
- Accurately locate and mark underground utilities, including telecom, fiber, electric, gas, and water/sewer.
- Complete assigned tickets on schedule with detailed notes and photos.
- Pass required customer-specific OQ tests.
- Work 6 days per week, 10+ hours/day (optional Sunday work available).- Walk 3–5 miles daily carrying locating equipment, as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding field conditions and issues.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- 5–6 years of experience locating all utilities.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment and random drug screening.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Company vehicle, phone, laptop, and locating equipment.
- Paid hotel accommodation and $55/day per diem.
