Travel Carpenter / Installer - Construction

Beecham Builders, LLC and Beecham Outdoor Living is pursuing an individual for full time work to work on a variety of projects from residential and light commercial construction as well as installation of Outdoor Living products.

Beecham Outdoor Living specializes in creating high-end outdoor spaces for our clients. We are the Michigan Dealer for StruXure powered pergola systems and multiple brands of powered screens.

We are willing to train an individual to do the installation work, however construction experience is necessary and some low voltage wiring experience would be a benefit as well.

This position is over 50% travel throughout Michigan with project locations requiring overnight stays during the work week.

Minimum Requirements

- Experience with rough and finish carpentry and able to complete projects independently.

- Demonstrated ability in construction-related measurement and math skills.

- Owns basic tools of the trade and has reliable transportation to drive to job sites.

- Ability to perform physical labor.

- Ability to climb and work from ladders, scaffold, etc.

- Ability to periodically lift heavy objects.

- Good communication skills.

- Can do attitude, action oriented, and a self-starter.

- Professional behavior representative of the Beecham brand.

- Ability to keep clean work environment and personal appearance.
