As the Transportation Coordinator for Mansfield, you will be responsible for supporting the water hauling operations including but not limited to; collecting/reviewing manifests and finalizing them in the customer’s software, monitoring drivers hours, completing customer invoicing and performing various other administrative duties in support of the Director of Hauling.
Requirements will be a flexible schedule that includes some weekend and holiday work. A successful candidate will be attentive to details, be able to adjust to last-minute schedule changes and communicate effectively with both the Keystone team and our customers.

The Transportation Coordinator role is not a physically demanding job. Employee will be required to sit for long periods of time, work irregular hours in peak cycles and emergency situations and have the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Position is generally limited to indoor work, however outdoor work in all weather conditions may be required from time to time.
