Transport Driver

The Transport Driver is responsible for driving in all conditions and transporting cargo/fuel to our various locations. Transport Drivers are also expected to meet company safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Details:

Full-Time Position

Essential Job Duties:

- Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads cargo or fuel to and from specified destinations.

- Inspects vehicle and notifies manager of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance.

- Proactively identifies and reports safety concerns and violations at the branch or customer sites.

- Meets all DOT requirements.

- Keeps vehicle and equipment serviced and running well to minimize delays in delivery.

- Position may require working evening hours and weekends as needed.

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions.

- Must be able to lift and/or up to 50-75 lbs.

- Must be able to climb into the assigned truck.

- Frequent bending, pulling, pushing and lifting.

- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Must be able to pass background check, MVR and drug screening.

- Must have a valid Class A CDL License.

- Must have at least one year of experience driving a Class A vehicle

- Previous hauling hazardous material experience a plus

- Must have a valid Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements.

- Must have a valid Medical card.
