Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transmission Specialist located in Westlake, OH. The Transmission Specialist will be responsible for overseeing transmission system operations, ensuring the reliable and efficient transmission of electricity. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and maintaining transmission lines, coordinating with field personnel for repairs and upgrades, conducting system analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires continuous communication with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of transmission systems.

Qualifications

- Experience in monitoring and maintaining transmission systems

- Knowledge of system analysis and operational efficiency

- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work on-site in Westlake, OH

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

- Experience in the electric utility industry is a plus

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
