- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university
- 8 years of related experience is required. Required experience may be reduced to 6 years for well qualified individuals with a Professional Engineering (PE) License
- Professional Engineering (PE) License preferred
- Knowledge of an engineering analysis software package such as
PSSE, PSLF, PSCAD, ASPEN, ETAP, TARA
- Proficiency of Enterprise Management Systems, such as Vantagepoint, and reporting systems, such as Power BI, is required
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C+, Python required- Strong work ethic with desire to work in an environment where discretionary engineering decisions are made
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time to support client and sales initiatives
- Maintains expertise in relevant areas of distribution planning
- Performs and directs others through highly complex calculations and analysis independently
