TRANSMISSION MAINTENANCE PLANNER/ANALYST
(Harmony, MN, Elk Mound, WI, or La Crosse, WI)
[Please note this position is open only to U.S. citizens.] Hiring Salary Range: $86,900-$130,400 Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level.
The Transmission Maintenance Planner/Analyst is responsible to provide support for the planning and scheduling of maintenance work utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management software (EAM) as the primary tool. This includes maintaining accurate asset records, standard job plans, job histories, work order closure, preventive maintenance activities, and maintaining associated records. This position will also report on maintenance activities through key performance indicators.

Your Experience and Expertise: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Education & Experience
: Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or other relevant engineering field, or other degree relevant to electric utility operations is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in electric utility operations and/or scheduling and planning is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
